No portion of participant’s purchases can be carried over to the next GBS Lumber Customer Rewards year. All points not redeemed will be forfeited by March 31, 2009.

All awards are as stated. There will be no award substitutions.

In order to be eligible for an award, all of the accumulated points must be achieved between January 1, 2008, the Rewards Beginning Date and December 31, 2008, the Rewards Distribution Date.

DISQUALIFICATION

Any purchase paid with a credit card will be disqualified from the GBS Lumber Customer Rewards Program.

Members with accounts or purchases at GBS Lumber Inc. that are past due on the date that awards are distributed in 2008, or members that have been referred for collection at anytime, shall be disqualified from GBS Lumber Customer Rewards and shall be ineligible to receive awards.

GBS Lumber Rewards Program participants are responsible for local, state or federal taxes on any award. GBS Lumber Inc. will issue the appropriate tax forms at the end of the tax year in which the prize was awarded.

In order to be eligible for awards, GBS Lumber Rewards Program participants must reach the published award levels. NO buy-ins for higher level prizes are permitted.

In the event that an item is no longer available, GBS reserves the right to substitute a similar item of equal value.

Trips:

Group trips are as scheduled. There will be no deviations from the offered locations and dates of GBS Lumber Customer Rewards trips.

All trips must be confirmed by the reservation deadline or availability cannot be guaranteed. GBS Lumber trips are on a first come, first serve basis. We reserve the right to make alternative arrangements before the deadline date.

The individual traveling must be the authorized participant, a designated business associate of the company receiving the award or an immediate family member and approved by GBS Lumber.
